The Prolite® Adjustable Wither Pad is designed to provide a practical, temporary solution for horses with muscle atrophy, uneven development or asymmetry behind the withers. By allowing support to be adjusted independently on either side of the wither, the pad helps improve saddle balance while encouraging the horse to develop naturally without unnecessary restriction.

Adjustable Support Where It's Needed

The pad features specially designed pockets that accommodate removable Prolite® inserts, allowing the depth of support to be increased on one side or both sides as required. This enables the saddle to sit more evenly on horses with uneven musculature or asymmetrical withers, helping improve saddle stability and pressure distribution.

As your horse gains muscle and symmetry improves, the inserts can simply be reduced or removed, allowing the pad to adapt throughout the rehabilitation or conditioning process.
