The premier equine quick soak sponge is just a sponge nothing more nothing less, it does the job, plunged into water it takes up water quickly, and is especially good at creating a soapy lather just like any other sponge. There is nothing special about it, it is just a sponge that does the job.
We have tested it and cannot see that it takes up water any quicker or slower than other sponges (but don't believe everything you read) .
