This girth has been associated with thousands of hours of study and data analysis harvested from in depth research on the subject of equine comfort associated with girth pressure and girth design conditions, and so it has been developed, designed, and handmade in the UK. The first girth to be based on scientific research and proven to improve the horses performance by:
- Dramatically reducing pressure (up to 82%)
- Significantly increasing range of movement (up to 33% in forelimb protraction compared to the horses normal girth shape)
- reducing gait asymmetry associated with discomfort (as opposed to lameness) a subtle change in movement quality can be associated with accompanying imbalance which is undesirable when trying to maximise movement effectiveness and evenness of paces.
